• Process payments and manage your subscription;
• Provide AI-assisted features such as automated replies and content suggestions;

4. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Processing

squeeze. uses AI and machine learning to power features such as comment-to-DM auto-replies, lead greeting, content generation, audience segmentation, and commission optimization. This section explains how AI interacts with your data.

• Data processed by AI. To generate replies, suggestions, and insights, AI models may process the campaign content and audience interaction data associated with your account.
• Model training. We may use aggregated, de-identified, and anonymized data to improve our AI models. We do not train models on personally identifiable information in a way that identifies you or your audience. Where third-party AI providers are used, their data handling is governed by their privacy policies and our data processing agreements.
• No sale of data. We never sell your personal data or your audience's personal data to third parties.
• Automated decision-making. Some features (such as auto-replies and lead routing) make automated decisions to deliver your campaigns in real time. These decisions do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Where an automated decision could significantly affect an individual, we provide a way to request human review.
• AI accuracy. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it reaches your audience.
• Opting out of AI features. You may disable AI-assisted features within your account settings or by contacting us. Core platform functionality remains available without AI features enabled.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment processors, email/SMS delivery, and AI providers), when required by law, or with your consent. All providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. After account closure, we retain data only as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, then delete or anonymize it.
