1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using squeeze. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, creators, social media influencers, and affiliate brand ambassadors using our services.

2. Description of Service

squeeze. provides an all-in-one platform that builds and manages creator and brand ambassador infrastructure, including link-in-bio funnels, affiliate commission tracking, automated messaging, email and SMS marketing, and related tools. Our team configures, deploys, and maintains these systems on your behalf for a flat monthly fee.

3. Artificial Intelligence Features

squeeze. uses artificial intelligence ("AI") and machine learning to power certain features, including but not limited to automated lead replies, comment-to-DM responses, content suggestions, audience segmentation, and commission optimization recommendations.

• AI-generated content. Some messages, replies, and suggestions produced by our platform are generated by AI models. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published or sent to your audience. squeeze. does not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
• Human oversight. AI features are designed to assist, not replace, human judgment. You retain full responsibility for the campaigns, messages, and offers distributed through your squeeze. account.
• Training and improvement. We may use aggregated, de-identified interaction data to improve our AI models and platform performance. We do not sell your personal data or your audience's personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• No automated decisions with legal effect.We do not use AI to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you or your audience without providing an opportunity for human review.
• Third-party AI providers. Some AI capabilities are powered by third-party models. Their use is governed by their respective terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use squeeze. to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Send unsolicited spam or engage in deceptive affiliate practices;
• Use AI features to generate misleading, harmful, discriminatory, or infringing content;
• Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems or AI models;
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent.

5. Accounts & Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance as selected at checkout. Annual plans are billed in full and reflect a 20% discount versus the monthly rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you provide to squeeze., including brand assets, affiliate links, and campaign copy. We retain all rights to the squeeze. platform, its design, and its underlying software. AI-generated content produced for your account is licensed to you for use within your squeeze. campaigns.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

squeeze. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI features may produce inaccurate or unexpected output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, squeeze. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including AI-assisted features.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
